Guarantee

All of the parts in this catalog are the very best available. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied or happy with the quality of any part. Please return it within forty-five (45) days from the invoice date for a full credit, exchange or refund. Some manufacturers issue their own warranties, and in all cases these warranties would apply.

prices and availability

We usually ship within 24 hours. If we are out of stock on a part we will ship it as soon as possible. Any backorder not filled within 30 days will be refunded. You may contact us at any time to cancel a backorder. If you do not want any backorders please let us know at time of ordering.

Damaged Parts & Shortages

Parts that are damaged during shipment are the responsibility of the carrier. All carriers inspect packages at the point of pick up. If your package is delivered damaged, have the person delivering note the damage, especially on truck freight shipments. Then call the shipper to report the damage.

The prices and parts reflected in this catalog are based on the costs and availability of the parts at the time of publishing. MustangFactory reserves the right to change prices and availability without notice

MustangFactory is not, and will not be liable for any damage, personal property, or any injury resulting in, or caused by the use or misuse of any part we sell and/or manufacture. The customer assumes all responsibility and risk in purchasing and using these parts.

 
shipping

MOST ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. 
All order are shipped via U.P.S. unless otherwise specified. All shipping charges are added to your invoice .U.P.S. offers a variety of services. Please specify if you want something shipped OTHER than U.P.S. standard ground freight. U.P.S. services are as follows:

  • RED LABEL/SATURDAY DELIVERY - Emergency situations only. Premium service, Premium price.
  • RED LABEL - Next day air. Also a premium price 
  • BLUE LABEL - Second day service. Not as expensive as Red Label, but, if necessary is available. Also a premium price. 
  • 3 DAY SELECT - Possibly the best value. Almost as inexpensive as ground, it guarantees delivery in three days. 
  • U.P.S. GROUND TRACKING. - allows us to Find the location of your shipment, in a matter of minutes. 
  • INSURANCE - all boxes carry insurance for the full value.
  • OVER SIZE CHARGE - greater than 84" in length and girth. Oversized boxes weighing less than 30 lbs will be billed at the 30 lb rate. U.P.S. will not accept items over 108" in length or 130" in length and girth

Motor Freight - any item greater than 84" in length or 70 lbs in weight.

returns

Here at Mustang Factory, we try to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with any product you have purchased you may return or exchange it within 45 days. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any returns sent C.O.D. will be refused. All returns, regardless of type, must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice & have a Return Authorization Number.

To Return or Exchange a Part click here to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Our goal is to make your return as quick and easy as possible. This number is necessary to provide you with the best possible service. Please clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package near your return address. Sending a package without a Return Authorization Number will result in a delay in processing or refusal of your package. Always insure your return for it’s proper value to protect yourself against the carrier loosing or damaging your package.

Sorry, but we can not give refunds on the following parts: electrical parts of any kind, magazines, shop manuals, books and literature, used parts of any kind, any new parts which have been installed or attempted to be installed, any parts not in their original box or wrapper, etc. Fiberglass and sheet metal that has been altered in any way (sanded on, painted, ground on, etc.) may not be returned. Be sure to check the part over thoroughly for shipping damage, workmanship and fit before altering it in anyway. Shipping charges are not refundable unless we clearly sent you the wrong part. Always insure your return for it’s proper value to protect yourself against the carrier loosing or damaging your package.

Backorders

At Mustang Factory we make every effort to keep backorders to a minimal, but due to supplier problems we may have to backorder an item. All backorders will be cancelled after 30 days or until the customer notifies us that they wish to cancel the order. Mustang Factory also reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value when a back order is possible.
